Building on Health Information Exchange and Health Improvement Collaborative Infrastructure to Advance Health Equity

Monday, Dec. 13
2-3:30 p.m.

Civitas Networks for Health will host our final Collaboratives in Action: Responding to COVID-19 virtual webinar of 2021. This event will feature an in-depth conversation between Liz Fowler, Ph.D, J.D., the CMS Deputy Administrator and Director of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMS Innovation Center) and Lisa Bari, MBA, MPH, CEO of Civitas Networks for Health.

This discussion will further explore the CMS Innovation Center’s strategy refresh and draw connections to Civitas members’ innovative work across all of the CMS Innovation Center’s five strategic objectives during the pandemic. Resulting from years of dedication in leading data-driven, multi-stakeholder and cross-sector approaches, Civitas members were ready partners when COVID hit.
